CNC Candidate Forum June 1, 2026
The Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition forum will be from 6 to 9 p.m. June 1 at Trinity Church, 2001 Rainbow Drive.
Questions in advance can be sent to raftery.patrick@gmail.com. Please note the Subject as Candidate’s Forum for easy identification. Questions will also be taken on index cards from the audience at the event. All questions will be screened for content and duplication by Bill Jonson and Karen Walby. Greeters will be Kathleen Agnew and Mary Ellen Lansburg.
We still need two volunteers for traffic and one timer. Contact Patrick by email or phone 727-786-3010. The candidates will be certified by May 18 and invitations to participate in our forum will be sent.
Below is the Agenda and Rules that will be sent to the candidates. A copy of the questions received to date will also be sent for them but all may not be asked.

5:30 p.m. CNC staff arrives.
6 p.m. Doors open for the event. Meet and Greet social time.
6:50 p.m. Final audience questions collected and reviewed. Candidates and audience seated.
6:55 p.m. Welcome by Moderator and last questions presented. Candidates will have 1 minute for a self-introduction.
7 p.m. Questions begin. Each candidate will have 1 minute to respond. Questions will be rotated between candidates but all will answer each question.
8:30 p.m. Questions end. Each candidate will have 2 minutes to promote themselves.
8:40 p.m. Closing remarks and voting date information given.
RULES
All questions will be screened for content and duplication by two CNC members. Candidate literature can be distributed at the event but no signs outside. Candidates self-introduction at the beginning is one minute.
